Wildlife Habitat Canada is governed by a diverse Board of Directors.
It is currently comprised of 10 members, three who are appointed by
Environment Canada (one in consultation with the Department of Fisheries
and Oceans), two representatives of Provincial and Territorial Wildlife
Directors, one representing NGO national wildlife organizations, and
four members selected by the Board. The Board has three committees:
Finance & Audit; Nominating; and Executive.
