| Since 1985, Environment Canada and Wildlife Habitat Canada have produced
the Canadian Wildlife Habitat Conservation Stamp through a special
partnership. The stamp is required to validate the Migratory
Game Bird Hunting Permit, but is also sold to stamp collectors,
print collectors, and other individuals interested in contributing
to habitat conservation in Canada. Over $32 Million dollars
has been raised for habitat conservation initiatives in Canada through
this successful program.
The success of this program over the past 24 years would not have
been possible without WHC's key partnership with the Canadian Wildlife
Service of Environment Canada.

The image featured on the stamp is also available as part of a Limited

If you are looking for a chance to purchase some original art, please visit Donated Art for Sale to see some of the original paintings that we currently have for sale. The wildlife artists who have created the images for the Canadian Wildlife Habitat Conservation Stamp & Print generously donated the artwork available for sale to Wildlife Habitat Canada. All proceeds fund the conservation, restoration and enhancement activities of Wildlife Habitat Canada.
